ABOUT ME
I began my professional career in commercial real estate appraisal, and I have spent the last four years dedicated to completing my degree and getting back into the business. In the span between my experience as a trainee and now, I owned and operated a pool and spa maintenance service. I have six years of progressive growth and experience in appraisal writing assistance and 12 years as a small business owner/operator. In August, my family made the move cross country and are now in the Charlotte area of NC.

Assisted in the preparation of appraisal reports, including analyzing comparables, property inspections, drafting regional and neighborhood overview sections, addenda item collection, rent comparable tables, comparables photography, and document submission support.

A-Bright Pool & Spa Service
Owner and sole operator of swimming pool and spa service company. Managed business operation from weekly chemical balancing to equipment maintenance, marketing and advertising, and client relations. Managed business back office, including accounts payable and receivable, annual tax documentation, supply maintenance, and other office administration.

Certified Pool/Spa Operator,
Pool and Hot Tub Alliance
Certification required by health departments to operate a public swimming pool or hot tub/spa. The CPO certification provides training in water chemistry, mechanical operations, filtration, pool safety, and hot tubs/spas. Certification covers pool and spa management, regulations and guidelines, essential calculations, water contamination, disinfection, water balance, and other critical areas of understanding for maintaining a healthy and safe swimming environment.
